Make clasp available on Claude code cli as MCP / plugin

This issue proposes formalizing support for the Claude Code CLI by integrating a Model Context Protocol (MCP) config into clasp. This would allow Claude's agentic loop to manage Apps Script projects (push, pull, create, list) through clasp enhancing the developer experience for claude code cli users writing GAS for automations.

This one has been worked upon in fork, pls feel free to assign me lol.

Go for it. There's already some basic MCP support in clasp, but haven't played around with it + Claude Code yet. Any improvements are welcome :)

How is this supposed to work?

This is what happens on Claude here:

/plugin install @google/clasp
  ⎿  Plugin "@google/clasp" not found in any marketplace

I also saw #1114, which I guess is exactly the problem I'm experiencing, but I don't know why it was immediately closed.
