Add Strichpunkt Sans

Super short description of the Font Family:
Strichpunkt Sans is a variable and static font family licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL 1.1).
It includes one full variable font (wdth + wght), three weight-only variable subspace families (Normal, Wide, Expanded), and static TTF instances.

Checks:
All variable and static TTF fonts pass quality assurance checks (Fontspector / FontBakery) with zero FAILs.

Files:
Fonts are organized under:
• fonts/variable/…[wdth,wght].ttf
• fonts/variable/…[wght].ttf
• fonts/ttf/*.ttf static instances

License:
Licensed under SIL OFL 1.1, with OFL.txt in the root.

Notes:
The Expanded width appears internally as “Exp” to comply with legacy name-length limits required by some environments.

Requirements:
By opening this issue, I confirm the project meets the following requirements:

• The entire font project is available in a Github repository (repo) and licensed under the OFL
• The source files are available in the repo
• I am the sole copyright author of the entire project, or, all other copyright authors have licensed their work to me under the OFL
• There are no "Reserved Font Names" in the OFL license information, or in the project documentation of any known upstream projects.
• The family name is unique according to namecheck.fontdata.com
• The name of the font family expected to appear on app menus is clearly communicated and definitive.
• The font supports at least the Google Fonts 'Latin Core' glyphset
• The repo follows the Google Fonts preferred upstream repository structure
• I have read and comply with the Google Fonts contributing requirements
• I will maintain the repository and participate in the onboarding process
