nFPM doesn't have support for the XBPS package format used by Void Linux

I don't know and never personally used xbps packages or void linux, but if you want to work on it, feel free to.

the steps are:

• implement the packager interface
• add unit tests for what is possible
• add integration tests
• add/update documentation

I can give more detailed help on specifics if you need, although I'm a bit swamped and may be slow to respond.
