Pushing latest version to hackage

I'm trying to build IHaskell from cabal but the base bounds on the hackage version of static canvas are too restrictive. I noticed that the repo has the bounds relaxed. Will a version bump be pushed soon?

I'm not sure the version bounds are completely up to date. If you wouldn't mind updating them, testing and creating a pull request. Then I'll merge and publish a version bump
