Context

Backups useless without practiced restore. Replication repair is an alternate path that must also be drilled.

Deliverables

• Checklist drill: simulate total data loss vs single replica loss; restore from S3 versus rely on peers.
• Timing capture template and pass/fail criteria (data staleness acceptable window).
