New users churn if the shortest path hits friction (libchdb, ports, kube contexts, mismatched YAML).

Deliverables

• Dry-run onboarding from README quick start through first successful /write + /query on Docker Compose.
• Same for Kind/kubernetes path referenced in docs.
• Fix doc gaps discovered; prefer one "happy path" narrative with links to advanced topics.
