Repurpose the FAQ and About pages

In general, the content on these pages are duplicated from other pages, or contains information that is missing from other pages. The content on both, perhaps even the format of the FAQ page, could be repurposed by moving them onto the home page where more people will see it.

The about page is a bit vestigial, because it was originally a separate "page" on the website only to be embedded on the homepage (in a sidebar). We could easily do the same on the new site, but instead kept it as its own page. (I think just because it was easier than figuring out a new layout for the homepage that would "fit" the content.)

You seem to have a lot of ideas for things that should go on the homepage... and I'm not opposed to a "bigger" homepage, but it would need to be well designed to present more information (there is arguably too much information presented already), and the current design (lack of design) does not have room for more content, IMO.
