Implement offset param for album, saved tracks and other possible pagination api

Hello @joostlek!

Wanted to mention that current implementation is using hardcoded limit of 48 track for some requests supporting offset 
I would like to fix that by my own with implementing an optional offset param as well as optional custom limit possibility

To be honest I just need that feature for my own needs and wondering if I can add it to the main repo as well :)
