OWS complains about

[ITW-CORE][2025-12-02 02:10:38.029 MEZ][ERROR][net.sourceforge.jnlp.config.DeploymentConfiguration] Property 'deployment.javaws.autodownload' has incorrect value "NEVER". Possible values sind true oder false. Setting default false

Unfortunately I didn't find and old documentation for deployment.properties but it seems that at least in Oracle Java 8 NEVER was a valid value.

NEVER has always been a valid value, just like ALWAYS and PROMPT.
