Handling failures

I think the most important aspect of paxos is it's self healing ability. Without that there is no need for paxos to exist.

Can we somehow tweak the implementation so that it becomes self-healing?

Thanks for the response.

Given that Paxos algorithm is intended to handle scenarios if the nodes or the network go down, it becomes more important to handle it in the algorithm.

I have some ideas about how we can make it more practical and currently working on the implementation here

This repo helped me get started to work upon a more fail-safe version.
