AWS Account for Knative Community

I've reached out to the CNCF to get an AWS account that we can use for debugging various issues with EKS etc.

Following up here - CNCF service desk ticket sorta went no where because the flow requires you to already have a AWS account.

Took a year but we finally got an account with $2500 credit from AWS. I put it in 1password.

Note the current account would be for simple one off testing a feature or something along the likes.

If we wanted to do more automated CI testing then we'd want to get more $$ into the account which involves CNCF figuring out if they can re-allocate funds from our current CI budget. They don't know if the budget can be spent on non-GCP environments. I also don't see why it wouldn't but they're trying to figure that out
