It would be helpful to construct Getting Started process that:

• is well virtualized and encapsulated, like MySQL, ELK, or many other standalone software, running itself only from config.
• includes health checks, validations, and organizaed dependancies between sub services

Improve README for Docker dev setup.

• SMTP_HOST should be host.docker.internal
• config.toml is not visible (apps/cli/config.toml) and hard to know its logic (copy with same name to root. which one is source?)
• User should know smtp4dev (http://localhost:5080/) for verification code but it's not described.
