Checker passes when non en key is missing

I deleted a ja key and the checker passed with No translations issues detected. I assume it should error with key missing from destination message

Ideally, yes, but at the moment it doesn't cover that case. The use-cases for v1 are in the README, but hopefully we can add this one soon.
