Nadji naziv za tabs vs opened files, entities? buffers? id just say buffers.

Need to mark file dirty if file gets deleted or changed. Reload dialog.
Need to fix or automate when tabs get marked dirty, by checking changes from source.
Make set dirty method and undirty which autosets tab color.
