impossible angle using wrong feature version

The user fixed the alignment of a node and expanded its tracing, but osm-compare used the old version of the node to calculate the angle and give an alert of impossible angle. Changeset: https://osmcha.mapbox.com/changesets/50394395

We need to update the location of the node that was moved.
