I found a solution to this in this way, if it will be useful to someone func mapView(_ mapView: MLNMapView, shouldChangeFrom oldCamera: MLNMapCamera, to newCamera: MLNMapCamera) -> Bool { } |

I have a .mbtiles file that contains only a specific area of the map and its specific tiles. But when I run this file in MapLibre, I see the area I need, and I also see all the other parts of the map shaded in black.
I checked my .mbtiles file in other viewers and everything is displayed correctly there - only the area I need.
I tried to set setVisibleCoordinateBounds in order to exclude the possibility of scrolling empty tiles, but I did not see any changes.
Who knows how to limit the area display on the map so that I can get rid of empty tiles?
