No correct information about how/where to get binaries

README.md says binaries can be obtained from a broken URL (https://c64preservation.rittwage.com/dp.php?pg=nibtools), and the apparently-correct URL (https://rittwage.com/floppy/dp.php?pg=nibtools) says binaries can be obtained from this github project. As far as I can tell, neither this github projet nor that web site actually provide any binaries, and they both incorrectly claim the binaries can be found on each other. Where can I actually get the binaries from?
