Unfortunately, it is currently impossible to use this script to mirror repos/resources from Gitea/Forgejo to other Gitea/Forgejo instances.

I will keep your request in mind and add the respective functionality to the script if I have a concrete use case (and a proper testing environment). But if you want to, you can fork this repository and work on this feature independently. If I'm not mistaken, this should be rather easy to implement because most work was already done and I would be happy to merge your work :).
