Allow custom color-scheme within site

We got wishes for a customized color-scheme.

e.g. Saint Cesaire: See Figure 8 (Todisco, Mallol et al., 2023), use a colour code close to the names of the stratigraphic units / ensembles (yellow, grey, beige; with possible gradations)
