CSWinRT 3 cannot find type WinRT.IWinRTObject in module WinRT.Runtime.dll

Description

Hi i am trying to use CsWinRT v3 in my blank winui 3 app.
I set

<TargetFramework>net10.0-windows10.0.26100.1</TargetFramework>
<WindowsSdkPackageVersion>10.0.26100.85-preview</WindowsSdkPackageVersion>

But i get error
cannot find type WinRT.IWinRTObject in module WinRT.Runtime.dll

Steps To Reproduce

1.create blank winui 3 (v1.8 or 2.0.0 preview2)
2.use cswinrt v3

Expected Behavior

Compile and run without issue

It seems that WinRT.IWinRTObject does not exist in CsWinRT 3, but only in CsWinRT 2.
The base class of CsWinRT is WindowsRuntimeObject.

Additionally, please note:

1. CsWinRT 3 is currently only available for use in non-XAML programs. If your program relies on XAML, please wait for the WinUI 3 team to release a XAML Compiler based on CsWinRT 3.
2. The Projection.dll of the Windows App SDK is not available in the latest preview version.
