[codegen] Trigger process termination if data tampered in marshalling layer

We should consider logging an audit event (maybe not possible) and terminating the process if it's clear that a flatbuffer doesn't pass the integrity check - or perhaps if something with the allocator callbacks is awry, or EnclaveCopyIntoEnclave fails.
