accessibility issue related to the suggest widget when zooming in - focus is not visible

Hi team,

I'm using monaco-editor inside a side panel, and I'm encountering an accessibility issue related to the suggest widget when zooming in.

Issue:

When the page is zoomed (e.g., browser zoom), the suggest widget options are no longer fully visible. Since the editor is inside a constrained container (a side panel), I can't bring the widget fully to the front or outside its bounds.

Things I’ve tried (unsuccessfully):

1. Limiting the number of visible rows — I couldn’t find a way to configure the suggest widget to show a maximum number of items.
2. Limiting the widget height — I managed to make the widget shorter, but the focus doesn’t track correctly. I only see 1–2 items, while the internal focus continues beyond them, making the actual focused item invisible.
3. Raising the z-index — Even with very high z-index, the widget still gets clipped because it's inside a side panel container.

I noticed that in the monaco-editor playground, the number of suggestions seems to adapt automatically when zooming in — but that behavior doesn’t happen in my case.

Would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to work around this.
