Running tests in parallel

Let's say I am using Microsoft.Testing.Platform runner to execute the test in two assemblies: test1.dll and test2.dll:

dotnet test --test-modules test*.dll

Both assemblies have DoNotParallelize attribute applied. Do the tests in test1.dll execute in parallel with tests in test2.dll?

We have --max-parallel-test-modules which controls this. The default for that is Environment.ProcessorCount.
