Enable Digital Card Download by Authorized Admin After Resident Verification

User Story:

As a Digital Card Admin, I want to securely search for a resident's digital ID card using the Registration ID (RID) or Application ID (AID), visually verify the resident's

Basic Flow

Admin downloads the card using the portal

1. The resident reaches the centre and requests the admin to provide a PDF version of his ID card
2. The admin logs into the admin portal with the “Digital Card Admin” role
3. The admin navigates to the download card page

4. The admin enters the RID number shared by the user and clicks on the search icon - The photo and date of birth are shown on the screen to the admin - The search limit counter reduces by '1'

5. The admin does a visual verification of the face and photo
6. The admin post verification provides consent by selecting the two options
   • When the face matches - “I have verified the face“
   • When the face does not match - “The face does not match“
7. When the option “I have verified the face” is selected the download button is shown.
   • Once the admin clicks on the download option, the PDF version of the card is downloaded.
8. When the option “The face does not match“ is selected the reject button is shown.
   • Once the admin clicks on the reject option, the page reloads and the search result & RID number clears off.

Acceptance Criteria

Alternate Scenarios

• If the RID/AID is not available in the system or the UIN is not generated for the RID/AID: The system should show the message - “The card for this request ID is not generated. Please check the status of the ID.“
• If there is any technical error while retrieving the photo and DoB of the resident, then the system should show the message - “A technical error occurred while retrieving the data, please try again after some time.“
• If the search limit has exceeded for the user for that day, but the user is still trying to retrieve the data then, the system should show the message - “Your daily limit for search has exceeded. Please retry again tomorrow.“

Search limit

• The global admin should be able to perform a limited number of searches where the limit is configurable
• The search limit for a global admin reduces by '1' every time the search button is clicked and a successful search operation is performed
• The search limit shouldn't get reduced if the RID is not found or any error occurs during the search
• If the user is searching the same RID ‘X' number of times then the limit will also reduce also 'X’ number of times unless the limit has exceeded.
• Care should be taken for having the limit of a day based on a local time zone configured

Refresh Icon

• Whenever the refresh icon is clicked the search result or error message and the RID in the Enter RID field are cleared off.
• Verified and Reject
• Once the verified button is clicked the download button is enabled.
• Once the rejected button is clicked a confirmation pop-up comes up. Once the user confirms, the page reloads and the search result & RID number is cleared off.

Auditing

• We should audit every action performed by the user
• Admin landing on the download card page
• Admin performing a search on a RID/AID
• Success and failure details of the search
• Admin clicking on verified or reject icon
• Admin clicking on the download button
• Technical errors in the system should also be logged
