Live stream remuxing issue

When capturing a live stream and using these combination of options: --live-real-time-merge , --live-fix-vtt-by-audio, --live-record-limit hh:mm:ss , --mux-after-done format=mkv:muxer=ffmpeg , most of the time the video/audio/subs get stuck to something like 154/154 waiting... | 100% after it reach the desired duration i.e 01:30:00 , and then it will not push through remuxing the files into one .mkv file no matter how long you wait for it. Im using the latest version v0.5.1-beta
