Save personalized keybinds

Save personalized keybinds in the account, so that when logging into another domain they're imported there on login. Idea by @johnyuki here https://discord.com/channels/1284581928254701718/1284581928833388619/1497643112158335060.

Example: many personalized keybinds are set on openfront.io. Player is invited to play on gigabox.openfront.dev, doesn't accept invite because it would be too much work to port all of their personalized keybinds.

This is related to saving selected Flag/Skin: #3086
And to saving selected Event Display filters #3739 (not only save to LocalStorage as PR #3744 proposes, which is a good first step, but also to the Account when at one point)

I do not agree with this. If i play on different devices i might want different keybinds for example if i use a laptop etc. So i do not want the keybinds to be sent across. I might also play on a tablet with a keyboard attached and want entirely new keybinds.

Hm good point. So maybe have them saved, but as different profiles? That we just name profile 1, 2 etc (you can rename them to tablet keyboard or so). And you select the one you want on that device. Or you don't select it and create seperate local personalized keybinds for that device like you'd usually do

The alternative idea is to just have an "import/export" button in the settings, where exporting will download a file locally and then importing lets you upload that file to bring your settings across with you.

Generally i dont know many games that do this.
Most other games just have one set of keyboard inputs for each device. I think the reason is because there is an assumption that different devices require different input methods.

I have thought about for other games whether groups/profiles would be a good idea. But i think its just overcomplicating something that doesnt really need to be complicated.

Import export might be an idea. But again, do we really need that level of complexity for such a simple thing?

It's definitely not needed it's just a "nice to have".
