Claim language and filtering

You keep hitting good points; in my implementation I have implemented an additional parameter language_tags. Somehow it did not make it into the spec. But I guess that would make sense.

The language_tags parameter takes a language tag and can be provided multiple times. If provided language-tagged claims must be filtered to this list, i.e. other languages must not be included. I guess the untagged claim should always be returned.

This parameter can be generally useful to reduce the number of languages returned. And would could also be combined with the claim filtering, so that the claim filtering would only take the standard claim version and no tagged versions.
