tip4pd-a99SB-disp parameters

I need to use tip4pd water model.

I have seen that in pull request #239 (which has been merged), the tip4pd-a99SB-disp parameters were mentioned as an addition to the last Amber forcefield.
Are they supposed to be accessible as a water model ?

It looks to me like it was mentioned that these parameters were added to some release of AmberTools but were not actually included in the PR. Are you interested in these parameters being available from OpenMMForceFields? If so, I can mark this as a feature request.

Yes that would be great to have access to tip4pd-a99SB-disp parameters.
