Delete command for pedometer

The windows UI does a delete after downloading all the data (to stop the blinking B). I don't see the command for that in the docs or the omron.h.

Ah, ok. I'll have a look at that and see if I can't get it implemented before v1.

I ran a strings on the dump files... looks like the command is probably CTD00
