Plans to support Azure Blob storage

Hi,

Thanks for making the effort in making a pgbackrest based plugin. In an effort to improve performance, we want to make the switch from barman to pgbackrest. As we are an Azure shop, we would need support for Azure Blob storage to do this migration with confidence.

Is this something you guys are planning or looking for as a contribution?

We don't use Azure internally so we're unlikely to implement it ourselves but contributions are welcomed. It would require a new credentials set and tests basically, pgbackrest already supports azure after all.
