@pnpm/license-scanner licence content is only included if no licence or pattern match see other

I really appreciate the work that is being done with @pnpm/license-scanner. I was curious if there was a reason why the licenceContent is not ALWAYS included in the output parseLicense?

It would be useful to use this tool to build a licences file of dependencies for a product information page (a legal obligation). Depending on the licence type certain information such as authors need to be included in the licence content.

Would it be possible to either?

• Always return licenseContent
• Opt in to always returning licenceContent

IMO, it might be more reasonable to add a new parameter to obtain the address of all licence files to print out.
