Clarify how to restart Packit CI

Description

I have opened Fedora PR, where the scratch build failed (due to infrastructure issues). Now I wonder how to restart and the documentation is unclear. It documents /packit-ci scratch-build and /packit-ci test. But I simply want to start from beginning. Is the /packit-ci scratch-build good enough? Does it actually do the scratch build as well as tests? Or do I also need ask for tests? Not sure. Can this be improved? Either in the documentation or by having some more intuitive command?
