Subject: [PATCH] chore(dotli): remove the legacy Nova host-api bridge

Pin hosts/dotli to 902e79c on the codex/bulletin-preimage-in-core-dotli
lineage: the host connects products only over the TrUAPI MessagePort
transport, dropping the window-postMessage shim for Nova host-api SDK
products.
