Add metrics for 'p4 monitor show' totals

Currently monitor_metrics.sh provides

p4_monitor_by_cmd
p4_monitor_by_user

Would be good if it also provided the total value with and without IDLE commands:

p4_monitor
p4_monitor_no_idle
