Polish documentation renames, and overall shape

After #100, which contained the bulk of the rename, we have:

There's still some adjustments to do in the side of the "Contributing..." section which still inherits a lot from Volto status quo.

@stevepiercy yes, it was the same behavior it had before, redirect to plone-storybook. I think we came up with that solution together back in the day.
