Different Behaviour of Select in Table in V21 than in V20

Describe the bug

In version 20, when having a p-select in a p-table, after selecting a value, the select box was gone and the value was in the table. With version 21 the behaviour is now different, after selecting a value, the select box is still present, which is inconvinient for a user to have an extra click to see the value in the table. I'm open for any suggestions.

Additional information:
In my local project I got it also working with legacy peer deps and PrimeNG20, so that I would assume that this is a change in behaviour in PrimeNG
