Refactor dx mode vscode extensions

^^^ we should use the vscode things in the Brewfiles to do this, then all we need to ship for vscode is the settings.json and that would be much simpler!

^^^ We should ship this out of the box while we're add it, we ship all of these already, adding that podman extension would be baller!
