Can't change any font attribute

Neither size nor character nor shape etc. Not from the toolbar but from Preferences (on Lubuntu 12.10.)

I need more information. What happens when you change font in the settings?

The config file shows the correct (changed) font/size, but the actual notes don't change.

Today I tried to test znotes on lubuntu, but I couldn't install Qt.
It can't download neither of deb files :(

Funny! Maybe because I've installed some other Qt apps I've got it. Now I'm on Siduction and it's installed without any hickup, but same problem here as well.

Well, you may try to install some Qt apps first like Vlc, Smplayer, luckybackup. If all those fails you may try this:

build-essential libc6-dev libssl-dev libexpat1-dev libgl1-mesa-dev libqt4-dev

I've installed (on Lubuntu) these to compile makemkv.

No problem in newly created notes: If I create a new (HTML) note the text attributes I've previously chosen in Preferences are honoured. Weirdly, If I re-use Preferences, that is, change the attributes again these also are honoured in the newly created notes, but not (again) in the old ones.

Please, try to open your note with another editor (gedit/geany/leafpad) and show me it's content

Config file reflect (correctly) my chosen font (FreeSerif 11), but the actual note (opened by Geany) mentions Ubuntu font family which is non-existant in my Siduction system.

Well, I can't paste the html code here; that is, when I paste, github converts it to regular text. How can I do it?
