Update grafana docs flamegraphs / examples

Right now the example flamegraph in our grafana docs is super old and not very interesting. We should update the grafana integration docs to do a few things:

1. Replace the "boring" flamegraph with a much more interesting flamegraph there
2. It would be nice to show the flamegraph in the context of an entire dashboard rather than just a single flamegraph
3. Maybe link to a publish dashboard where users could see the grafana plugin in action
4. Maybe a video of how to install
5. Link to the blog post about grafana plugin
