Changes made

backend/reviews/adapters.py — Added submission_types=conference.submission_types.all() to the recap template context so the template has access to the conference's submission types.

backend/reviews/templates/proposals-recap.html — Three changes:

1. Added submissionType field to the per-submission JavaScript data object
2. Added a new "Show proposals with type:" checkbox filter section (matching the style of the existing status filter)
3. Refactored the filtering logic into a unified applyFilters() function that applies all three filters (review count, status, and type) together, preventing filters from overriding each other
