Allow cancelling of analysis

It would be great to have an endpoint allowing us to cancel an analysis if the user realises they want to change a parameter before it finishes.

The new UI would benefit that as we allow to go back to previous steps even if the analysis is not finished, to be able to launch another one

It should be something like https://gsa.reactome.org/analysis/cancel and taking as parameter the analysis id

In terms of implementation it is not completely straightforward as we'll have to use a flag in the storage system to indicate that the analysis was cancelled. The analysis system will have to check at each step, whether the analysis was cancelled. But it is definitely possible.
