Steps to reproduce

When I try the new bulk download feature it doesn't work and instead goes to safe mode and the downloads are broken. And when I try to download one at a time the downloads are still broken

Expected behavior

Download and bulk download to work

Actual behavior

Downloaded videos do not play (they are broken) or download restarts
