handle extensions in the import maps #49

site-pacakges/foo.cpython-37m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so would import as foo and
site-packages/bar/foo.cpython-37m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so would import as bar.foo. On windows these are site-packages/foo.pyd files.
