Proposed Approach:

Axis Guarding (src/utils/chartUtils.ts): Add explicit checks and fallback defaults (e.g., standard min/max ranges) when calculating axis bounds on empty or sparse datasets to eliminate NaN value generation.

Visualization Handling (src/hooks/useDataVisualization.tsx): Ensure data mapping logic safely passes guarded bounds to chart instances, gracefully rendering an empty/zero state rather than throwing scale errors.

Testing & Verification: Add unit tests for empty array inputs and single-point datasets to verify stable axis limits, correct rendering, and zero regression against existing charts.
