regression: queries overflowed the depth limit

I can reproduce the issue on windows. It compiles on stable, and hit the query overflow on beta.

However, once I added #![recursion_limit = "256"] to server/src/lib.rs, I ran into this linker error:

note: LINK : fatal error LNK1318: Unexpected PDB error; LIMIT (12) ''␍

I'm told that this means that the crate generated a symbol with at least 65k characters, which the windows linker can't handle.

Maybe some type name got much longer on beta, which is causing the query overflow?

The linker error seems unrelated to the regression - it is indeed #141626 (the server binary ends up with symbols that are over 65k characters long, with one sitting at 1492623, or 1.4 million, characters), but the linker error also happens on stable, whereas beta first hits the recursion limit compilation error, until I add #![recursion_limit = "256"] to server/src/lib.rs.
