Framedrops with high refresh rate monitor #126
Description
Playing videos - even without HW acceleration - is dropping ~15% of frames when combined with a 144 Hz monitor + 60 Hz monitor. Playback fluctuates between 56-64 fps and the video looks choppy. If I set the monitors to 60 Hz the frame drops are largely gone. Also setting the videos to 30 fps mostly makes the problem go away.
