Theme changes to make Gravity Forms more compatible

This article Using Gravity Forms with Bootstrap Styles by Jay Hoffmann makes me wonder if we should implement changes in the theme to make Gravity Forms work more like Bootstrap.

This might be good territory for a plugin.
