Pull helm chart docs into the docs repo/website

Idea: I think we should have a script or something in docs-repo which pulls the README of the chart, post-processes it as needed (if it is needed at all) to make it fit to our docs (like making in mintlify-compatible, rewriting the title or some sections, adding a prefix/suffix to the content etc.).

I like the fact that chart docs live together with the chart in its README, and I think that's what most helm users are used to. So having it both in the chart and in our docs website and keeping them in sync is IMO the best of both worlds.

Note: I can take care of the script/tool to do that.

@rothgar I think you would be the best person to handle this, as you already wrote scripts to import other pieces of markdown into mdx.

I fully agree with Utku, the source of truth is what we have with the Helm chart, it's versioned, etc. The docs site can have a copy for accessibility, but it is not the source of truth.

i think this makes a lot of sense. i will reach out to @utkuozdemir and see what the tool would look like, and use @rothgar markdown converter, to convert it
