Bug: Publishing a new site sometimes fails with 'could not find the job' error on first attempt

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new site.
2. Click publish.
3. An error appears: "could not find the job" (or something similar).
4. Click publish again.
5. The site publishes successfully on the second attempt.

Expected behavior:
Publishing a new site should work on the first attempt without any errors.

Actual behavior:
The first attempt to publish fails with an error message about a missing job. Publishing again works as expected.

Additional context:

• This happens consistently when publishing a newly created site on v3.silex.me
• No other steps are required to reproduce the issue.
