Impossible to change ignorelist?

Hi! I was wondering whether one could change the parameters for inclusion on the list of ignored files?

The app seems to be telling me that files with extensions *.db and *.ini are "added to the list of ignored files", however I'd like to add them to the comparison.

The ignore list is the following:
.DS_Store
Thumbs.db
desktop.ini
.localized
CRCstamps.txt
CrcCheckCopy-verification-report.txt
CrcCheckCopy-report-duplicates.txt

The program does not ignore all *.db and all *.ini but two very specific cases of them:
Thumbs.db and desktop.ini. (Windows managed files which are safe to delete).
All other .db and .ini files are normally checked.
Do you want to include in the comparison these two specific Windows files?

Thanks for clarifying! Indeed, then it's safe to ignore these files, I'm closing this issue.

It might still be useful to allow the user to change the ignorelist to add more things, but this would be a feature request that I don't know whether you'd be interested in adding
